Baggage allowance
Mandala Airlines allowed one piece of cabin baggage weighing up to 7kg (max dimensions 54x38x23 cm). Checked baggage was unbundled from the base fare and available for pre-purchase in tiers from 15kg to 40kg.
Change policy
Flight dates and times could be changed up to 4 hours before departure subject to a change fee and applicable fare differences. Base fare tickets were generally non-refundable.
