Baggage allowance
As flights are now operated by Jetstar Asia, Economy Starter passengers are allowed 7kg of carry-on baggage. Checked baggage is not included in base fares but can be added in increments ranging from 15kg to 40kg during the booking process.
Change policy
Flight changes are governed by Jetstar Asia's fare rules. Basic Starter fares incur a change fee plus any applicable fare difference. Upgrading to a Plus or Max bundle provides enhanced flexibility, including waived change fees.
