Key policies
Baggage allowance
Airnorth passengers receive a complimentary checked baggage allowance of 20kg on all standard fares. The carry-on allowance is 1 piece up to 7kg on E-Jets (or 4kg on turboprops), plus one small personal item.
Change policy
Flight change rules depend on the purchased fare class. Saver fares incur a change fee plus any applicable fare difference, whereas Flexible fares allow free changes up to the time of departure. Name changes are generally not permitted.
Check-in
Online check-in is available from 24 hours up to 60 minutes before departure. Airport counters open 90 minutes before domestic flights and 120 minutes before international flights, strictly closing 30 to 45 minutes prior to departure.
