Baggage allowance
Baggage allowances vary by fare class. Economy Saver includes a 7kg carry-on. Economy Flex allows an 8kg carry-on and one 23kg checked bag, while Premium Plus permits two 23kg checked bags.
Change policy
Flight itineraries can be modified up to 24 hours prior to departure. Fare differences may apply, but modification fees are completely waived for Economy Flex and Premium Plus tickets.
Check-in
Online and mobile app check-in opens 48 hours before departure. Dedicated airport counters open 3 hours prior to the scheduled flight time and close strictly 45 minutes before takeoff.
