Baggage allowance
Economy Class includes 1 carry-on bag (55x35x25 cm) and 1 personal item, with a combined maximum weight of 12 kg. Standard and Flex fares include 1 checked bag up to 23 kg. Business Class allows 2 carry-ons and up to 2 checked bags (32 kg each).
Change policy
Ticket flexibility depends on the fare family purchased. Light and Standard fares allow date or route changes for a fee plus any fare difference. Flex fares permit changes without a penalty fee, subject only to fare differences.
Check-in
Online and mobile app check-in opens 30 hours before departure (24 hours for flights to and from the United States). Airport self-service kiosks and traditional check-in desks are also available.
