Economy passengers are permitted one 7kg carry-on item plus one personal item, and one checked bag up to 23kg on regional routes. Business class includes two 32kg checked bags.
Change policy
Flight changes are permitted up to 24 hours before departure for a variable fee plus any applicable fare difference. Changes made within 24 hours incur additional penalties.
