Key policies
Baggage allowance
Baggage limits vary by travel status. Duty travelers typically receive an allowance for two checked bags (up to 32kg/70lb each) plus authorized military kit. Leave/Space-Available travelers are generally restricted to two checked bags at 23kg/50lb each and one standard carry-on item.
Change policy
Flight schedules and passenger manifests are dictated by military operational requirements. Changes to non-duty travel are subject to mission needs and seat availability. Duty travel changes must be authorized by the chain of command and coordinated through base Air Movements units.
Check-in
Passengers must present valid military identification, formal travel orders, or an approved leave pass at the Air Movements terminal. Check-in is strictly required at least 2 hours before domestic flights and 3 hours prior to international departures.
