Key policies

Baggage allowance

As a low-cost carrier, SkyEurope permitted passengers one free carry-on bag weighing up to 10kg with maximum dimensions of 55x40x20 cm. Checked baggage required an additional fee, with a standard maximum weight allowance of 20kg per passenger. Excess weight was charged per kilogram at the airport.

Change policy

Flight dates, times, and passenger names could be modified up to 2 hours before the scheduled departure time. All changes were subject to a per-flight, per-passenger change fee, plus any applicable difference in the current fare. Tickets were strictly non-refundable.

Check-in

To keep costs low, web check-in was highly encouraged and available from 48 hours up to 2 hours prior to departure. Passengers opting to check in at the airport counter were subject to an additional boarding card fee.
