Baggage allowance
All passengers are entitled to one cabin bag (up to 10 kg / 22 lbs) and one small personal item. Checked baggage allowances depend on the fare class: Economy Light does not include checked bags, Economy Standard includes one 23 kg (50 lbs) bag, and Saga Premium includes two bags up to 32 kg (70 lbs) each.
Change policy
Ticket flexibility depends on the fare family purchased. Economy Light tickets are non-changeable and non-refundable. Economy Standard allows flight changes for a fee plus any fare difference, while Flex and Saga Premium fares offer enhanced flexibility with complimentary changes.
Check-in
Online and mobile app check-in opens 24 hours prior to departure for all destinations. Airport kiosks and check-in desks are also available. Passengers are advised to arrive at the airport at least 2 hours before European departures and 3 hours before North American departures.
