Baggage allowance
Passengers were permitted one piece of cabin baggage weighing up to 10kg (maximum dimensions 55x40x20cm) free of charge. Checked baggage allowances were not included in standard fares and could be purchased in 15kg or 20kg tiers.
Change policy
Following the standard low-cost model, fares were generally non-refundable. Passengers could make date, time, or name changes up to 4 hours before the scheduled departure time by paying a modification fee plus any applicable fare difference.
