Baggage allowance
All guests are permitted one free personal item. Econo and Premium fares include one standard carry-on bag. Checked baggage allowances vary by fare class: fees apply to Basic and Econo fares, while Premium and Business classes include up to two complimentary checked bags. The maximum weight for standard checked bags is 23 kg (50 lbs).
Change policy
Flexibility depends on the selected fare family. Basic fares are strictly non-refundable and do not permit changes. Econo fares allow changes and cancellations for a fee, while EconoFlex and Premium fares offer enhanced flexibility with no change fees (fare difference applies). All bookings cancelled within 24 hours of purchase are fully refundable.
Check-in
Online and mobile app check-in opens 24 hours prior to the scheduled departure time. Check-in closes 45-60 minutes before domestic flights and 60-75 minutes for international destinations, depending on the departure airport. Self-serve kiosks and full-service counters are also available at the airport.
