Baggage allowance
All passengers can bring one small piece of under-seat hand luggage (max 40x30x20 cm) for free. Larger cabin bags (max 55x35x25 cm) and checked baggage (from 15 kg up to 30 kg) can be added for a fee depending on the fare type and route.
Change policy
Flight dates, times, and passenger names can be changed up to 2 hours before departure. Basic and Plus fares incur a change fee plus any fare difference, while Max fares allow time and route changes without the change fee (only the fare difference applies).
