Baggage allowance
Historically, Economy Class passengers were allowed 1 piece of checked baggage up to 23kg (50 lbs), while Business Class passengers were allowed 2 pieces up to 32kg (70 lbs) each. All passengers were permitted one 8kg cabin bag.
Change policy
As Air Namibia ceased operations in 2021, no new bookings, changes, or flights are processed. Historically, changes to Economy Saver tickets incurred strict penalties, while Economy Flex and Business Class offered reduced fees or complimentary adjustments.
Check-in
When operational, online check-in opened 24 hours prior to scheduled departure. Airport check-in counters typically opened 3 hours before long-haul international flights and 2 hours before regional/domestic flights, closing 45-60 minutes prior to boarding.
