Key policies
Baggage allowance
As a dedicated commercial freight carrier, standard passenger baggage policies do not apply. Shipments are processed based on chargeable weight (actual or dimensional). Maximum weight and dimension limits are governed by the Boeing 767-300F main deck and lower hold capacities, Air Waybill (AWB) specifications, and international IATA/HAZMAT regulations.
Change policy
Modifications to freight bookings—including re-routing, volume adjustments, or schedule changes—must be coordinated via the e-Booking LATAM Cargo portal or your designated freight forwarder. Changes are subject to the current cargo tariff rules, AWB terms of carriage, and real-time aircraft capacity availability.
Check-in
Passenger check-in is not applicable. Shippers, brokers, and freight forwarders must tender their shipments with complete customs documentation (commercial invoices, export declarations, and e-AWB) at designated LATAM Cargo terminals. Freight must be accepted prior to strict operational cut-off times to guarantee flight loading.
