Baggage allowance
Baggage is strictly regulated due to small aircraft size. All passengers are allowed 1 carry-on piece up to 10 lbs (4.5 kg) with maximum dimensions of 22x14x9 inches. Checked baggage varies by fare: Super Saver includes 15 lbs (6.8 kg), Regular includes 30 lbs (14 kg), and Premium includes 40 lbs (18 kg). Excess baggage and oversized items like surfboards are flown subject to space availability and incur extra fees.
Change policy
Change and cancellation policies are tied to your fare class. Premium tickets offer maximum flexibility with free changes. Regular fares allow changes subject to availability and a penalty fee. Super Saver fares are completely non-refundable and do not permit schedule changes. All modifications must be made in advance of departure.
Check-in
Passengers must arrive at the SANSA terminal at least 60 minutes before domestic departure. Check-in counters close exactly 45 minutes prior to the scheduled flight time. Due to strict weight and balance calculations required for smaller aircraft, late check-ins will be denied boarding.
