Key policies

Baggage allowance

Passengers are allowed 15kg (33 lbs) of checked baggage and 5kg (11 lbs) of hand luggage. Soft-sided duffel bags are required on most light aircraft routes due to cargo pod restrictions.

Change policy

Ticket changes are permitted up to 48 hours before departure, subject to a modification fee and fare differences. Last-minute changes within 24 hours of flight time may incur 100% cancellation penalties.
