Economy Lite includes 1 carry-on (up to 8kg) and a personal item. Economy Classic/Flex add 1 checked bag (up to 23kg). Premium and Business Class allow 2 checked bags (up to 32kg each).
Change policy
Lite fares are generally non-changeable or carry high fees. Classic fares permit changes for a fee plus any fare difference. Flex and Premium fares allow changes without a penalty fee, subject only to fare differences.
Check-in
