Key policies
Baggage allowance

Change policy
SBA Airlines ceased operations in 2018; therefore, no new tickets or changes can be processed. Historically, ticket modifications were permitted subject to the specific fare class rules, with flexible tickets allowing date changes for a standard fee.
Check-in
When active, SBA Airlines required passengers to check in directly at the airport counter. For international flights, travelers were heavily advised to arrive at least 3 to 4 hours prior to the scheduled departure time to complete security and documentation checks.
