Baggage allowance
International Economy passengers generally enjoy a generous 30kg checked baggage allowance and 7kg of cabin baggage. Shangri-La Business Class passengers are permitted up to 40kg of checked baggage. Domestic flight allowances typically range from 15kg to 20kg depending on the aircraft and route.
Change policy
Flight changes and cancellations are permitted subject to specific fare rules. Check-in
