Key policies

Baggage allowance

All passengers receive one free personal item. Standard Economy includes a carry-on (up to 8kg/17lbs). Checked baggage allowances vary by fare tier, with Premium and Flex fares including up to two complimentary checked bags (23kg/50lbs each).

Change policy

Travel with peace of mind using our flexible change policies. While Basic fares are non-refundable, Standard and Premium fares offer fee-free changes up to 24 hours before departure (fare differences may apply).

Check-in

Web and mobile check-in opens 24 hours prior to your scheduled departure. We recommend arriving at the airport at least 2 hours before domestic flights and 3 hours for international routes.
