Baggage allowance
Baggage rules vary by fare: Economy Light includes 1 carry-on (up to 8kg) and a personal item. Economy Classic and Flex add 1 checked bag (up to 23kg). Premium Economy includes 2 checked bags (23kg each), while Business Class allows 2 carry-ons (8kg each) and 2 checked bags (up to 32kg each).
Change policy
Ticket flexibility depends on the purchased fare family. Economy Light tickets are generally non-refundable and non-changeable. Economy Classic allows changes for a fee, plus any fare difference. Economy Flex and Business Flex permit free date and time changes, with only the fare difference payable if applicable.
Check-in
