Key policies
Baggage allowance
As routes are now operated by Rossiya Airlines, standard Aeroflot Group policies apply. Economy Classic includes 1 piece of checked baggage (up to 23kg), while Business Class allows 2 pieces (up to 32kg each). Economy Light fares are hand-luggage only.
Change policy
Ticket changes are dictated by the fare class purchased. Light fares are strictly non-changeable, Classic fares permit modifications for a fee, and Flex/Business fares offer complimentary flight changes subject to fare differences.
Check-in
Online check-in opens 24 hours and closes 45 minutes before departure via the Rossiya or Aeroflot websites. Passengers can also check in at designated airport desks for baggage drop and document verification.
