Baggage allowance
Economy standard fares include one 7kg carry-on and one 23kg checked bag (Seat-only fares exclude checked baggage). Premium Economy and Business Premier include two 23kg checked bags and two carry-on items.
Change policy
Ticket flexibility depends on the fare class. 'Flexi' or fully flexible fares allow changes and refunds without penalty. Standard fares permit changes with a fee plus any fare difference.
Check-in
