Baggage allowance
Economy Class typically includes 1-2 pieces of checked baggage (up to 23kg/50lbs each) depending on the route, plus one 5kg carry-on. Business Class and First Class passengers enjoy generous allowances of 2-3 checked bags (up to 32kg/70lbs each) and two 5kg carry-on items. Egret Club Elite members receive additional baggage privileges.
Change policy
Ticket changes and cancellations depend on the purchased fare class.
