Baggage allowance
International Economy Class passengers enjoy a generous checked baggage allowance of 1 piece up to 23kg, while Business Class passengers are permitted up to 30kg. All fare classes include a standard carry-on allowance of 1 cabin bag weighing no more than 7kg, plus one small personal item.
Change policy
Ticket flexibility depends on the selected fare family. Economy Saver fares require a change fee plus any applicable fare difference, whereas Economy Flex and Business Class fares permit date and time changes without a penalty fee. All changes must be processed prior to the original scheduled departure time.
