Baggage allowance
Baggage policies follow Qantas standards. Economy passengers generally receive 1 piece up to 23kg (50 lbs), while Business Class passengers enjoy an allowance of 2 pieces up to 32kg (70 lbs) each. Carry-on allowance includes 1 piece up to 7kg plus a small personal item.
Change policy
Ticket flexibility depends on the selected fare. Red e-Deal fares require a fee for changes, while Economy Flex and Business fares offer fee-free changes (fare difference may apply). Cancellations may result in credit vouchers rather than refunds for lower-tier fares.
Check-in
