Baggage allowance
All passengers are permitted one personal item and one carry-on bag (up to 10kg combined) free of charge. Checked baggage allowance is determined by the fare class purchased, with Basic fares excluding checked luggage and higher tiers including a checked bag up to 25kg.
Change policy
Flight changes are permitted up to 24 hours prior to departure, subject to a change fee and any applicable fare difference. Passengers who purchase Flexible fare families enjoy waived change fees for maximum travel peace of mind.
Check-in
