Baggage allowance
Passengers are allowed one personal item, one carry-on bag (up to 15 lbs), and one checked bag (up to 50 lbs). Due to the size of the aircraft, oversized or overweight bags may be subject to space availability and excess baggage fees.
Change policy
Ticket changes are permitted up to 24 hours before the scheduled departure time, subject to availability and applicable fare differences. Same-day changes or no-shows may result in forfeiture of the ticket value.
Check-in
Passengers must check in at the airport counter at least 60 minutes prior to departure for flights connecting from international arrivals, or 30 minutes for domestic-only itineraries. Boarding gates close 15 minutes before departure.
