Baggage allowance
Historically, standard Economy passengers were permitted 20 kg of checked baggage and 5 kg of carry-on luggage. Business class passengers enjoyed an increased allowance of 30 kg for checked bags and up to 10 kg for carry-on.
Change policy
As Saravia Saratov Airlines officially ceased all operations in May 2018, no new ticket changes, modifications, or cancellations can be processed. All historical ticketing rules and flight networks are no longer active.
Check-in
During its active operations, airport check-in typically opened 2 hours before departure for domestic flights and 3 hours for international routes, closing strictly 40 minutes prior to boarding.
