Baggage allowance
All passengers receive 1 cabin bag (max 8kg, 55x40x23cm) plus 1 small personal item. Economy Smart and Flex fares include 1 checked bag up to 23kg. Business Class passengers enjoy an enhanced allowance of 2 cabin bags (up to 8kg each) and 2 checked bags (up to 32kg each).
Change policy
Ticket flexibility depends on the fare family. Light fares do not allow changes or refunds. Smart fares allow changes for a fee plus any fare difference. Flex and Business Class fares offer maximum flexibility, permitting free flight changes and full refunds before departure.
Check-in
Web and mobile check-in opens 24 hours and closes 1 hour prior to scheduled departure. Dedicated airport check-in desks, fast bag drop, and self-service kiosks are also available at Luxembourg Airport and most outstations.
