Baggage allowance
All passengers are entitled to one personal item and one carry-on bag up to 8kg (55x40x20cm). Checked baggage allowances vary by fare class: Standard Economy includes 1 piece up to 23kg, while Business Class includes 2 pieces up to 32kg each. Additional baggage can be purchased online at a discounted rate prior to departure.
Change policy
Flight changes are permitted up to 24 hours before your scheduled departure. Economy Light fares are generally non-refundable and subject to change fees. Economy Standard allows changes for a moderate fee plus fare difference. Business Class and Flex fares offer complimentary changes and full refundability to maximize your travel flexibility.
Check-in
