Baggage allowance
Passengers are allowed one personal item. Standard checked baggage allowance is up to 40 lbs per passenger. Due to aircraft weight and balance requirements, excess baggage is transported on a space-available basis and incurs additional fees.
Change policy
Changes can be made up to 24 hours prior to departure (fees may apply based on fare class). In the event of weather-related cancellations common in Southeast Alaska, passengers are rebooked on the next available flight free of charge.
Check-in
Passengers must check in at the airport counter at least 45 minutes prior to scheduled departure. Strict adherence to check-in times is required for mandatory aircraft weight and balance calculations.
