Baggage allowance
Economy passengers receive a carry-on allowance of 2 items weighing up to 7kg combined (upgradable to 14kg). Checked baggage is not included in base Starter fares but can be purchased in increments from 15kg up to 40kg.
Change policy
Base Starter fares are non-refundable. Date and time changes are permitted for a fee plus any applicable fare difference. Passengers can purchase Plus, Max, or Flex bundles to waive change fees and increase booking flexibility.
Check-in
Online check-in opens 48 hours before departure. For domestic flights, it closes 40 minutes prior to takeoff; for international flights, it closes 2 hours before departure. Self-serve airport kiosks and bag drops are available at major terminals.
