Key policies
Baggage allowance
Due to the small size of the aircraft, baggage was strictly managed by weight. Passengers were typically allowed up to 40 lbs of total baggage. Excess weight was accommodated as standby freight for an additional per-pound fee, subject to aircraft weight and balance limitations.
Change policy
Flight schedules in Southeast Alaska are inherently weather-dependent. Routine changes were permitted up to 24 hours before departure with a standard change fee, while weather-related cancellations were automatically rebooked at no extra cost.
Check-in
Passengers were required to check in at the local terminal desk at least 45 minutes prior to scheduled departure. This allowed sufficient time for the mandatory weighing of all passengers and their luggage to calculate critical aircraft weight and balance.
