Baggage allowance
All passengers are entitled to one carry-on bag up to 7kg (maximum dimensions 56cm x 36cm x 23cm) that must fit in the overhead bin, plus one small personal item to fit under the seat. Checked baggage is not included in basic fares but can be pre-purchased in tiers (e.g., 20kg, 32kg) at discounted rates up to 2 hours before departure.
Change policy
Flight changes (date or time) are allowed up to 2 hours before departure, subject to a change fee and any applicable fare difference. Passengers who purchase the 'CEB Flexi' add-on or a Go Flexi fare bundle can voluntarily cancel their flights up to 2 hours before departure and convert the booking value into a non-expiring Travel Fund.
Check-in
Online check-in opens 7 days and closes 1 hour before scheduled departure. Airport check-in and bag drop counters strictly close 45 minutes before domestic flights and 1 hour before international flights. Passengers are strongly encouraged to check in via the mobile app and use self-serve kiosks at the airport to avoid queues.
