Baggage allowance
Economy Lite includes one cabin bag (up to 10kg) and a personal item. Economy Standard adds one checked bag (up to 23kg). Business Class provides a generous allowance of two cabin bags and two checked bags (up to 23kg each).
Change policy
Ticket flexibility is determined by your fare family. Lite fares are generally non-changeable. Standard fares permit changes for a fee plus any applicable fare difference. Flex and Business fares offer complimentary changes for maximum peace of mind.
Check-in
