Baggage allowance
Historically, AeroSur permitted one cabin bag up to 7 kg. Checked baggage generally allowed for 20 kg on domestic routes and up to two pieces (23 kg each) for international long-haul flights, depending on the fare class.
Change policy
As the airline ceased operations in 2012, no active tickets are available for modifications. During its operation, AeroSur allowed ticket changes and cancellations subject to fare rules, availability, and applicable penalty fees.
Check-in
Passengers were historically required to complete airport check-in at least 90 to 120 minutes prior to departure for domestic flights, and a minimum of 3 hours prior for international departures.
