Key policies
Baggage allowance
Baggage allowances vary by fare class. Economy Light does not include checked bags. Economy Standard generally includes two checked bags up to 23 kg each. Premier World allows two checked bags up to 32 kg each. All cabins include at least one piece of carry-on luggage (8 kg for Economy, 12 kg for Premier World) plus one small personal item.
Change policy
Flight change rules depend strictly on the purchased fare family. Economy Light tickets incur higher change fees and are mostly non-refundable. Economy Standard offers reduced change fees, while Premier World provides highly flexible change and cancellation options. Fare differences may apply to all changes.
Check-in
Online check-in opens 30 hours before departure (24 hours for flights to and from the USA) and closes 2 hours before takeoff. Airport check-in counters generally close 60 minutes prior to international departures and 45 minutes prior to domestic flights.
