Baggage allowance
Economy Class passengers are permitted one cabin bag up to 8 kg (max 55x40x23 cm) and one checked bag up to 20 kg. Premium Class passengers enjoy an enhanced allowance of two checked bags up to 20 kg each, plus a cabin bag.
Change policy
Ticket flexibility is determined by the fare family. Standard (Takuss) fares require fees for changes and are non-refundable, whereas Flexible and Premium fares offer complimentary date changes and are fully refundable. Fare differences may apply when rebooking.
Check-in
Online check-in opens 22 hours prior to scheduled departure. Airport check-in counters typically open 2 hours before departure for domestic flights and 3 hours for international flights. Kiosk check-in is available at major airports like Copenhagen, Keflavik, Nuuk, and Ilulissat.
