Baggage allowance
Economy Class includes 1x 8kg carry-on; Classic/Flex fares add 1x 23kg checked bag (Light fares are carry-on only). Business Class includes 2x 8kg carry-on and 2x 32kg checked bags. First Class allows up to 3x 32kg checked bags.
Change policy
Flexibility depends on the selected fare. Economy Light is generally non-changeable. Economy Classic and Business Saver allow changes for a fee. Economy Flex and Business Flex offer free flight changes (fare differences may apply).
Check-in
