Key policies
Baggage allowance
Baggage allowance depends on the fare class. The BASIC fare includes only one small personal item. The SMART fare includes one cabin bag (up to 8kg) and one checked bag (up to 23kg). BIZclass allows two cabin bags and two checked bags (up to 32kg each).
Change policy
Flight changes are permitted up to 40 minutes before departure. BASIC fare changes incur a fee plus any fare difference. Passengers opting for Flex options or flying in BIZclass can enjoy flexible rebooking without change fees, paying only the fare difference if applicable.
Check-in
Online check-in opens 72 hours before departure and is highly recommended. For passengers booked on the BASIC fare, airport check-in may incur an additional fee unless the service is added in advance or they use self-service kiosks. SMART and BIZclass include free airport check-in.
