Baggage allowance
All fares include one small personal item. A 10kg carry-on is included, but on intra-European Saver fares it must be dropped at the check-in desk for free unless 'Priority with Carry-On' is purchased. Checked baggage varies: Saver fares include no checked bags, Plus fares include a 20kg bag (Europe), and standard Transatlantic fares include one 23kg bag.
Change policy
Changes can be made up to two hours before departure. Saver and Plus fares incur a change fee per flight plus any applicable fare difference. Advantage, AerSpace, and Flex fares allow flight changes with no change fee, though fare differences still apply.
Check-in
Online and mobile app check-in typically opens 48 hours before departure for flights within Europe, and 24 hours before departure for transatlantic flights or flights to/from the US. Airport check-in desks generally open 2 to 3 hours prior to scheduled departure.
