Baggage allowance
Baggage rules vary by ticket type. Economy Superlight includes a small personal item (40x30x15cm) only. Economy Classic includes one personal item, one carry-on bag (55x40x23cm), and one checked bag up to 23kg (50lbs). Business Class allows additional checked bags up to 32kg (70lbs) and two carry-on items.
Change policy
Flight change policies depend on the fare family. Flex tickets offer full flexibility for date changes and refunds. Classic tickets allow changes for a fee plus any fare difference. Light and Superlight tickets are generally non-refundable and do not permit changes. Always verify specific fare rules at the time of booking.
Check-in
Online check-in opens 36 hours before departure for most flights (24 hours for flights to/from the USA). Passengers can check in via the Finnair app, website, or airport kiosks. Priority check-in is available for Business Class passengers and Oneworld Ruby, Sapphire, and Emerald members.
