Economy Light (FlyEasy) includes 1 cabin bag up to 8 kg. Standard Economy (FlyOpti/FlyFlexi) includes 1 cabin bag and 1 checked bag up to 23 kg. Business Class (FlyBizz) offers 2 cabin bags (8 kg each) and 2 checked bags (up to 32 kg each). A small personal item (handbag or laptop bag) is permitted for all passengers.
Change policy
Ticket flexibility depends strictly on the purchased fare family. FlyEasy tickets do not permit changes. FlyOpti allows flight changes for an additional fee plus any applicable fare difference. FlyFlexi and FlyBizz provide maximum freedom with complimentary changes and refund options (subject to conditions).
Check-in
