Baggage allowance

Baggage allowances vary by fare. Economy Light includes only a small personal item (40x30x10 cm). Economy Classic includes 1 cabin bag (up to 8kg) and 1 checked bag (20kg short-haul, 23kg long-haul). Premium Economy and Business Class offer increased cabin and checked baggage limits, including extended weight allowances.

Change policy

Ticket changes depend on the fare family purchased. Economy Light does not permit changes. Economy Classic allows changes for a fee plus any fare difference. Passengers can purchase a Flex Option during booking, which permits fee-free rebooking up to 24 hours before departure.

Check-in

Online check-in opens 24 hours prior to departure and closes 45 to 60 minutes before takeoff, depending on the departure airport. Airport check-in and baggage drop-off desks are also available, though checking in online or via the Condor app is highly recommended to save time.
