Baggage allowance
All passengers receive 1 personal item and 1 carry-on (up to 10kg/22lbs). Checked baggage varies by fare: Economy Basic excludes checked bags, Economy Classic includes 1 bag (up to 23kg/50lbs), and Business includes 2 bags (up to 32kg/70lbs each). ConnectMiles PreferMembers receive additional allowances.
Change policy
Economy Basic fares are strictly non-refundable and do not permit changes. Economy Classic allows flight changes subject to a change fee plus any applicable fare difference. Business Class tickets offer maximum flexibility with waived change fees.
Check-in
