Baggage allowance
Baggage allowance is based on a piece concept for most international routes. Economy Class typically includes 1 to 2 checked bags up to 23kg (50lbs) each. Premium Economy allows 2 bags up to 28kg (62lbs), while Business Class permits 2 bags up to 32kg (70lbs). All passengers receive a complimentary cabin baggage allowance of 7kg (15lbs).
Change policy
Ticket change and cancellation policies depend on the purchased fare family. 'Flex' fares offer complimentary date changes (fare differences may apply), while 'Standard' and 'Basic' fares incur a change fee. It is recommended to review specific fare conditions during booking for detailed refund rules.
Check-in
Online and mobile check-in open 48 hours and close 60 minutes prior to scheduled departure. Airport self-service kiosks and dedicated check-in counters are also available. Passengers are strongly advised to arrive at the airport at least 2.5 to 3 hours before international flights to clear security and immigration.
