Baggage allowance
Standard tickets include one small under-seat cabin bag (maximum 45 x 36 x 20 cm) that must fit under the seat in front of you. Large cabin bags and checked luggage (available in 15kg, 23kg, or 32kg increments) are not included in the base fare but can be purchased during booking or via upgraded fare bundles.
Change policy
Standard ticket holders can make flight changes up to 2 hours before departure, subject to a flight change fee plus any difference in fare. FLEXI fare passengers benefit from complimentary route and date changes, offering maximum travel flexibility.
Check-in
