Key policies
Baggage allowance
As a United Express operator, CommutAir strictly follows United Airlines' baggage policy. Passengers are allowed one personal item and one carry-on bag (Basic Economy fares restrict full-sized carry-ons). Checked baggage must not exceed 62 linear inches (157 cm) and 50 lbs (23 kg) for standard economy fares.
Change policy
Enjoy zero change fees on standard Economy tickets for domestic and short-haul travel. Basic Economy tickets are generally non-changeable and non-refundable, though cancellations may yield a partial travel credit subject to specific airline conditions.
Check-in
