Baggage allowance
As a dedicated cargo and logistics airline, UPS Airlines does not operate commercial passenger flights. Therefore, standard passenger baggage allowances do not apply. All cargo and parcel shipments are priced based on dimensional weight, destination, and selected service speed.
Change policy
Shipment changes, such as address corrections, rerouting, or delivery date modifications, can be managed via the UPS tracking portal or UPS My Choice. Additional transportation fees or surcharges may apply depending on the shipping tier and how far the package has progressed in transit.
Check-in
Passenger check-in is not applicable. For air freight and expedited shipping, customers must drop off parcels at authorized UPS facilities or schedule a courier pickup prior to the daily regional cut-off times to guarantee scheduled flight departures.
